This is an environmental facility that encloses the painting work area and is equipped with an air intake with a filter and a local exhaust system. There may be situations where the size of the products that can be painted is limited, but compared to a standard painting booth, it results in fewer coating defects and helps control quality variations during mass production. Additionally, to prevent dust and other particles from spreading onto clothing, white coats and dust-proof clothing are worn. To prevent the intake of foreign substances due to air circulation, the entrance is designed with doors and curtains, along with sticky curtains to keep dust from entering.
